I had a fantastic stay with great value for my money. The rooms were clean, spacious, and comfortable, and the staff were welcoming, making everything feel effortless.

Magnificent and unbeatable location for everything I could possibly need. There was a nice restaurant, shopping malls and a market next door. I had the studio suite which was functional and huge with water views.

I stayed for a weekend getaway and was really pleased with my experience. The location near the water provided stunning views, and the complex was beautifully maintained and spotlessly clean. The staff were friendly upon check-in, and the kitchenette in my spacious room was a great bonus. Plus, the free tram service made exploring the area a breeze, with fabulous food options nearby.

Room was a little dark and dull

My visit to the National Gallery of Victoria was highly anticipated, and I specifically chose the Sebel for its prime location that allowed easy access to such attractions. I was pleasantly surprised by the spacious lounge and fully equipped kitchen in my apartment, which made my stay feel like a home away from home. Dining options in New Quay Docklands were abundant, and I enjoyed local cuisine at Carpi Café & Lounge. The staff was accommodating, enhancing my overall experience.

Cold room temperature issue.

There were virtually no services from the hotel staff apart from handing out the key, more like a low end self-service motel. Figured out how to get to the apartment from the car park after some searching. The apartment we were staying must be next to some central plant of the building judging from the noise come through the main bedroom walk in wardrobe. Very poor design.

The indoor heated 25m lap pool was a fantastic way to unwind after long workdays, and the location was ideal—just a short walk from the bustling waterfront and various dining options.

It is not wifi internet in the rooms for free. You need to buy internet and use special adapter.

Pleasant stay for my husband's birthday weekend 🎉. the place was quite clean, and the staff members were really helpful and caring. We had a view of the harbor which was nice. the bedroom was comfortable.

fireworks display on Friday night was good. we had fab view from our apartment.

The bed was a little lumpy and so we did not have the best nights sleep. Also it was a double think a queen size would be more appropriate for this standard of apt.

The staff here were very nice and our room had a sleek design with just the basics.

Easy access to public transport, shopping, city centre. Good security measures.

Distance from front desk to our room (2 blocks away). We had 6 adults staying and left keys at front desk for each other but staff sent some of us away without keys even though the keys had been left there and we were then locked out until others returned with the first key.
